Об этом, как пишет ИА «Хакасия», говорится в выписках из ЕГРН, полученных изданием The Bell.
Согласно данным расследования, с января 2012 года 110-метровыми апартаментами в «Федерации» владеет Татьяна Ежевская. Ее СМИ ранее называли тетей главы администрации президента Антона Вайно. Тогда же собственником офисных помещений на первом этаже комплекса стал бывший депутат Госдумы и экс-замглавы Федеральной службы железнодорожных войск Хамит Камалов.
По данным Росреестра, которые приводят журналисты, в 2012 году апартаменты в «Федерации» купила Валентина Стратий, которую называют родственницей генерал-майора в отставке Владимира Стратия. Он ранее руководил Главным военно-строительным управлением «Центр» Минобороны. Как утверждается, недвижимость Валентина Стратий получила от компании «ЭкоПроект», которую тогда возглавлял сын Стратия.
Среди прочих собственников недвижимости в «Федерации» упоминаются сын главы «Ростеха» Сергея Чемезова Станислав, а также бывший министр сельского хозяйства Елена Скрынник. Кроме того, пишут журналисты, недвижимостью в небоскребе владела и Эвелина Хорошилова (экс-супруга сына бывшего председателя Мосгордумы Владимира Платонова), но в 2019 году помещения общей площадью 2,5 тыс. квадратных метров были проданы некой Заире Махачевой.
Еще три помещения в «Федерации» общей площадью около 280 квадратных метра в 2018-19 годах приобрел Павел Пожигайло. СМИ обращают внимание, что так же зовут президента Фонда изучения наследия Петра Столыпина и бывшего главу общественного совета при Минкульте.
В полученных журналистами выписках также указано, что в 2012 году помещения площадью свыше 500 кв.м в комплексе купила компания «Русская традиция», зарегистрированная на офшор на Британских Виргинских островах.
«По некоторым данным эта фирма связана с сенатором Андреем Клишасом, который прославился как соавтор ряда нашумевших законов. Этой же компании принадлежал участок в Истринском районе Московской области, на котором Клишас, по данным ФБК, построил дом площадью 9 тысяч квадратных метров», — говорится в статье.
Также владельцами элитной недвижимости в небоскребе называют экс-главу городской администрации Ижевска Дениса Агашина, ЧОП «Альфа-Вымпел», которым владеют родители бывшего губернатора Тульской области и экс-владельца «Седьмого континента», Владимира Груздева и бизнесмена Александра Удодова. Последний, как утверждается, является зятем премьер-министра Михаила Мишустина.
Как добавляет агентство, согласно данным расследователей, помещениями в «Федерации» владеют представительство белизского офшора Tukan Investment Services, связанного с руководителем петербургского Мариинского театра Валерием Гергиевым, и офшоры, аффилированные с итальянским архитектором Ланфранко Чирилло. Последний прославился проектом курортного комплекса для Владимира Путина в Геленджике. В 2014 году Чирилло получил российское гражданство.
